Organizational Dimensions, LLC collaborates with people, their service providers, 

and others to develop and implement solutions that

address challenges within disability service systems.

 

Organizational Dimensions operates within a culture of mutual trust,

respect and integrity.  It is guided by best practices, data-driven processes,

continuous improvement, creativity, and innovation.

 

Amy E. Tabor

Since 1997, the leader​ship of Organizational Dimensions

has been guided by founder, Amy Tabor.  

She began her career working with people with autism and subsequently 

held a variety of positions within organizations who support people

with intellectual and developmental disabilities-- including direct support, 

case management, program evaluation, staff development, and executive leadership. 

 

Much of her work has been dedicated to the protection & promotion of rights and the

prevention of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of people with I/DD

 as well as the importance of Human Rights Committees. Amy holds undergraduate and

graduate degrees in Sociology and has co-authored three books within the I/DD field. 

She is well-networked across the U.S. and beyond. Amy presents regularly at conferences

sharing her experiences and perspectives on a variety of topics.
